Thanks to the wonderful Cover FX team I had a chance to try out the SkinTint FX. Let me start by telling you - HG material!
SkinTint FX has a SPF 30 which is the minimum amount of SPF you should wear on a daily basis for the prevention of premature aging (nothing less than 30 please!). It is also oil-free, paraben-free, and fragrance free, hence great for sensitive skin. Plus the texture is super smooth and applies like a dream!

SkinTint FX - 30 mL - $39 CAD Available at Shoppers Drug Mart, Murale, select Sephora stores, and coverfx.com.

Back of the tube. Zinc Oxide - Natural SPF Ingredient :) It really does give a natural (not orange!) sunkissed radiance and tone. And definitely shake well before use.
I'm in the shade M-light. At first when I used this I was shocked by the colour, it was a lot darker than my skin tone!
Blend blend blend! Blending fixed everything. The texture is silky smooth, unlike your regular sunscreen. I use my E.L.F. flat top kabuki to apply this on my face, but fingers work as well.
TA-DA! This is the best picture I took comparing the difference on the back of my hand, split down in the middle, between SkinTint FX to the left and no SkinTint FX on the right. It's subtle but definitely makes a difference adding a bit of colour to my uneven skin colour and pale skin. There's also very very very fine shimmers (you can hardly see it, I promise) that helps to brighten your skin as well.
I use this everyday now, and haven't noticed any breakouts, and it also helps to control my oil better than my usual mineral foundation. This fixes my bad habit of not applying SPF everyday because I hate the texture of sunscreen and how oily I get from it. Compared to my Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer, the SkinTint FX feels lighter, and is easier to blend.
I think it's also perfect for the spring and summer without having to bake in the sun. Add a little bronzer, lip gloss and you are set! I definitely recommend those of you interested in adding a bit of colour to your face and would like to protect your skin from UV rays to check this out! 5 stars!
If you have any other questions, let me know :)

Thanks so much for the review! I have one question! (make up new lol) Is this more of a foundation or a tinted moisturizer? I really love the sound of it, especially the whole spf thing! Im using the laura mercier one but I'd love one for summer time! But Im horrible with foundation and feel that it just chokes my skin too much ><
Yes! A lot of places that do afternoon tea will have an assortment of teas to let you choose from but let me tell you, my favorite tea place doesn't do this because they have dozens and dozens of teas to choose from! But if you want to smell some leaves they wil gladly bring you some! I love sniffing teas hahaha *sniff addict* =P I've never tried strawberry tea before but I must now since you say it's great! Im more of a tea adventurer when I go out and have tea, at home I usually drink my all time favorite- Earl Grey =D <-- hahaha sounds so typical!
Do you go afternoon tea? You should definitely try! I see you reside i Ontario, Im sure there are places there that do it! No big plans for the summer yet but there is one for the fall! =D But Im going to keep it a surprise for now since it's not 110% confirmed but so far so good! Hahaha I don't have twitter since I don't have date on my phone (I don't think my phones even a data phone lol) But Im so happy you requested me to get one, I feel so loved LOL <--- truly! no sarcasm there!
Nice base!
In Palace ♥
I think that if you are close enough to your friends, then it's not harsh and they should understand that you're just looking out for them. However, there has been instances where they may believe you're jealous of them and that's why you're telling them to change something.
On a side note, this tinted moisturizer looks great. When I first saw how dark it was, I was like 0_0 but after seeing it blended it out, it's like *phew!
Jenny!! You're blogging more. {*YAY!} I used your idea of the iPhone pics I hope you don't mind. I realized I take a lot of pics with my phone and I've just been too lazy to take photos with my camera.
Anyways.. Congrats on the new job!! If I was in Canada I would have totally applied to the intern job at Cover FX [if it weren't for the fact I have a job already]. My job right now is getting redundant and constantly giving me a headache. {*LOL} Meetings after meetings.
Thanks for doing this review! I do notice the difference on your hand. It gives your skin a subtle glow. This post is making me want to tan.
